Often we get to travel to amazing places and meet amazing people during our journeys, but this is the first time that Gustav travelled to Magoebas Kloof. This was for the super chilled couple Joanna & Andrew, wedding at Cheerio Gardens. We just love destination weddings and this one was no different. It wasn’t difficult to see why they chose this lovely venue. It is like a magical fairy wood, with moss growing everywhere and an almost tangible humidity. Even the rain made its presence known for a while, but this just added to the charm of this amazing wedding.
Joanna and Andrew’s personalities fitted so perfectly with this venue. So serene and peaceful was their demeanour that the level of warmth made everyone involved feel so comfortable. That was until the party started, for when they “get down”, they rocked the house. Man, what a pumping party! “The Goose” just loved how you guys love one another so fully, so completely. It really showed during your entire wedding day.
It’s lovely working with other suppliers that know what they are doing and enhance the flow of the day and the overall experience. Kudos to you Erin from Erin Smylie Make-up and Liam from Pulse DJ’s (by the way they are married!).
